We want you to be happy with AB Split bot. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions and one-time purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase from Affiliate Mechanic, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact our support team through the in-app contact form and we'll help you process the request.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period and your subscription will not renew.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve issues faster than a chargeback.
