Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The free plan is free forever and includes one active split test, up to two variants (A/B), 500 events per month, stacking visitor discounts, and affiliate tracking links. No credit card required.
What do I get on Pro for $17/month?
Pro unlocks unlimited active tests, unlimited monthly events, up to four variants (A/B/C/D), 95%-confidence statistical significance reporting, a daily time-series chart, CSV export of every event, the pop-up and inline widgets, unlimited affiliates, Paddle handoff, and priority support.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard and your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. We also honor a 30-day refund policy — see the refund page for details.
Who handles payments?
Paddle is our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles cards, sales tax and VAT worldwide, and refunds. Your card statement will show a Paddle descriptor.
Do you offer discounts for small transactions?
Yes — Paddle applies a lower fee structure to microtransactions under $10, which we pass through in affiliate payouts. Normal Pro billing is a flat $17/month.
